I want to invite some of my customers – can I?
London Golf Show is primarily a consumer show, however we recognise that you may want to invite some trade guests. For the 2007 show, trade passes will be available on the Thursday and Friday of the show only, priced at £5. Details of how to get trade passes will be posted here when the tickets are available (January 2007)

Where is the London Golf Show?
The London Golf Show will take place at ExCeL-London, in Docklands, a venue for the 2012 Olympics. It offers excellent facilities and is set in beautiful waterfront surroundings. The majority of the major exhibitions in the UK have moved to Excel since its opening in 2000.

Can I park at the show?
There are 4,000 car parking spaces available at Excel. There is no need to pre-book.
Where do we stay?
There are 6 hotels on-site, with many other hotels within a mile or two. From a luxury yacht and The Four Seasons Canary Wharf, to ETAP and Travelodge, there is something for every budget.

I’m new to all this: I’d like some help!

We also hold an Open Day each year. There will be an informal training presentation with tips on how to get the most out of the exhibition, the chance to meet the London Golf Show team, and the opportunity to meet all the contractors and place orders for any extra services you need. Worked well, you can organise your whole presence in one morning. Each exhibitor is invited to send one or two delegates free of charge (subsequent delegates £50 + VAT).
You are encouraged to attend.
11. I want to mail packages to the show. What do I do?
Packages can be mailed to Excel before the show, but cannot arrive before Tuesday 24th April. You are advised to use the official carrier, whose details can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

11. When will I receive my Exhibitor Manual?
The manual will be posted online in December 2006. In the meantime, please call our Project Director, Jay Tyson, on +44 (0) 20 7790 6562 if you have any questions.
12. When will I receive my exhibitor badge?
In January 2007 you will be sent a link to a webpage where you can order extra exhibitor badges. There are a number of free badges given with each stand, depending on its size. You may order additional badges for other staff at £5 each.
Please complete the form at the back of the Exhibitor Manual to request badges.
13. I want some advice on what to do with my stand. Who can I call?
